Serves 10 to 12
2 pounds stew beef
2 tbs Olive oil
2 cups Beef Stock
2 cups water
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 potatoes, large cubed
1 large onion, large diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 can of diced tomatoes
3 large carrots, sliced
3 ribs celery, chopped
Season beef with salt and pepper. Heat a saucepan with olive oil on high heat and sear stew meat for a few seconds. In a Crockpot add all the ingredients together and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
